Delivery Terms

Delivery is free to Ireland and Northern Ireland on orders over €40

Delivery Rates:

Delivery ROI or NIRE €4.50 tracked, 1-2 days
Delivery UK Mainland €12.00 tracked, 2-3 days
Delivery Europe €15.00 tracked, 5-7 days
Delivery Rest of World €22.50, 7-10 days depending on destination

Same day delivery: Dublin only

Our same-day delivery service is currently offered to customers in Dublin city and county only at this time. Your order must be received before 11am for delivery on that same day. Cost for same day delivery is €10.95

PLEASE NOTE SEASONAL DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY DUE TO VOLUME OF DELIVERIES FOR COURIERS.

Orders received by midday will be dispatched the same working day for an estimated next day delivery in Ireland and Northern Ireland, but deliveries are subject to courier capacity and may take up to 2 days for arrival.
For International deliveries, times will vary depending on destination and recipient will be responsible for any local shipping taxes or customs due.
All deliveries are tracked and will require a signature.

Note: We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

COVID-19 UPDATES

Working with the health and safety advice of the Health Service Executive, we are continuing to meet your beauty needs safely during this time.
Our online store is still operating and working with our couriers to ensure that you receive your orders as swiftly as possible.  Our couriers are fully compliant with health guidelines and are operating contactless delivery and will not require you to sign for your parcel.
Please note that there may be some delivery delays experienced as a result of COVID-19, particularly for international customers at this time.
