Returns Policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchases and wish to return some items from your order, please contact us at [email protected] to request a Returns Form. The address for returns and the steps required are outlined on this form.

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and must be returned within 28 days of purchase with the Returns Form included.

We will refund you by the same payment method used to make the original order and refunds can take up to one week.
Any free gifts which you received along with your purchases, must also be returned to us intact for your refund to be processed.
Should you find that a product is faulty upon receipt, we are happy to refund you the cost of that product including all postage when it is returned to us within 28 days from the date of purchase.
